I know this is lacking some serious things. My socks needed repairs, I have no Lolita shoes, and no blouse. Sooo this is as close as I can get as this point. That being said here it is.

I think it would look better if you could get a proper blouse or cutsew.
That is the plan eventually Anon. :/ Right now I'm a bit low on funds though and by a bit I mean extremely so I'm working with what I have. ^_^ Thanks for the comment though.
Make-up too would help. Just something small and simple can make a look pop. You can just start to test stuff out. And style your hair in a new way. Pink also isn't the best with yellow. Matching yellows with blues might be better. A fitted blouse and some yellow or white shoes could do the trick. This is ALMOST getting there. . maybe. .
I had makeup on in the morning (this was taken after a long day). I forgot to put powder on and most of it rubbed off. I have a blue/pink skirt now that those accessories match better. ^_^ I also now have one blouse and another on the way. I'm still lacking in the shoe department. I really just can't afford traditional Lolita shoes and haven't been able to find any shoes at normal stores that are Loliable in my size. This is quite an old picture and after my meetup on Sunday I will be able to post updated ones. ^_^
